Crack Repair: Fixing Garage Floor with Epoxy

Our Tru-Poly Crack Fix is a 1:1 Ratio that is formulated, manufactured, and installed by Tru-Grit Coatings LLC. Our crack repair product is not only a two-part solution mix that cures in only 7 minutes, but it is less abrasive on your equipment!

How do you use our Poly Crack Fix?

  1. Grind the surface using high-grade equipment before completing any crack repair process to guarantee the best results

  2. In a measuring container, pour the Part A solution into the container

  3. In that same container, pour the Part B solution into the container

  4. Stir mixture quickly until

  5. Pour mixture along the cracks of the concrete floor

  6. Repeat the process until all remaining cracks are covered with the solution

  7. Wait seven minutes for the product to cure to a rock-solid state

  8. Using a grinder, whether it be a hand grinder or larger, grind the product until the dimension of the surface lay flat and even.

  9. Admire the smooth surface that now replaces the uneven terrain

Epoxy coating is a mixture of hardeners and polymer resins. Choosing epoxy for your garage floor is ideal because it strengthens the area and blocks out harmful elements. Epoxy resin is resistant to impact , it is also heat and water resistant.
