THE PROCESS
A True Professional-Grade Sealing System, Built for Florida’s Harsh Climate
Not all paver sealing is created equal. Our installation process goes beyond basic spray applications. We use a two-component, nano-based urethane system engineered for deep penetration, joint stabilization, and long-term color retention. Here’s how our full system is installed:
STEP ONE | Surface Inspection & Coating Assessment:
We begin with a full evaluation of your paver surface. If your pavers have an existing sealer that’s failing (peeling, yellowing, or hazing), we determine whether chemical stripping is necessary to ensure our product bonds properly.
Why this matters: Tru-Alpha needs to penetrate the paver to work effectively. Any old coating must be removed.
STEP TWO | Chemical Stripping (When Required):
If a previous sealer is present, we apply a professional-grade stripper, agitate the surface, and flush it clean using high-pressure hot water. This opens the pores of the paver and clears out any barrier that would prevent proper adhesion.

STEP THREE |Hot Water Pressure Cleaning:
Every project receives hot water pressure cleaning with rotary surface equipment, removing:
• Oils, stains, dirt, and algae
• Mildew, efflorescence, and old sand
• Chemical residues and organic buildup
Detail: Our machines run at 3,500+ PSI for deep and even cleaning without damaging the paver surface
STEP FOUR |Re-Sanding the Joints:
After cleaning and drying, we re-sand all open joints using fine, washed angular sand. This gives structure back to your paver system and allows the sealer to lock the sand in place without needing polymeric additives.
STEP FIVE |Two Flood Coats of Tru-Alpha Sealer:

After cleaning and drying, we re-sand all open joints using fine, washed angular sand. This gives structure back to your paver system and allows the sealer to lock the sand in place without needing polymeric additives.
This is the heart of our system—delivered in two passes:
🥇 First Flood Coat
• Mixed in a precise 4:1:1 ratio (Part A Resin : Part B Hardener : Water)
• Applied as a full flood coat to soak deeply into the paver and sand joints
• Begins the internal bond and chemical curing process
🥈 Second Flood Coat
• Applied after 15–30 minutes to build on the first layer
• Enhances durability, sand binding, and richness of color
• Leaves a breathable, non-film finish that will not peel
Finish Options: Natural or Satin (no gloss). Will not trap moisture or haze like inferior sealers.

What Makes Tru-Alpha Paver Sealer the Best Choice in Florida?
Choosing the right paver sealer matters—especially in Florida’s harsh climate. Whether you’re sealing a driveway, pool deck, or patio, not all sealers are created equal. Here’s how Tru-Alpha Paver Sealer compares to solvent-based and low-grade acrylic sealers used across the state. Benefits include:
Florida’s heat, UV rays, humidity, and rainfall can quickly destroy weak paver coatings.
Tru-Alpha allows for same-day surface prep and sealing, saving time and reducing disruption to your home.
