1

Surface Preparation

This step is crucial for the success of a new coating on a concrete surface. It removes contaminants and opens up surface pores for better adhesion. We provide the best method for surface preparation, which is mechanical grinding. This method provides improved adhesion, enhances safety, and provides long-lasting, high-quality finishes.

2

Vacuuming Dust and Debris

During the surface preparation, it is essential to vacuum dust and debris because it helps to remove contaminants from the concrete surface. Dust and debris can prevent proper adhesion of the new coating, which can lead to issues such as peeling or delamination. By vacuuming, we can ensure that the surface is clean and free of any loose particles that could interfere with the bonding process.

3

Base Coat Application

8 MIL Application Of Fast Setting MVB Hybrid Epoxy. This innovative solution not only fortifies your surfaces against moisture and humidity but also boasts an accelerated setting time, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. With its robust 8 MIL application, this hybrid epoxy creates a steadfast barrier, safeguarding your spaces while swiftly turning them into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

4

This meticulous process results in an evenly distributed array of flakes, adding both depth and character to your floor's appearance. We will also remove any excess flakes once the coating is cured, leaving a textured and visually appealing surface.

5

Top Coat Application

8 MIL Application of Tru-Alpha High Wear Satin Polyaspartic With Non Slip Polycarbonate Additive. This exceptional combination not only provides a high level of wear resistance but also incorporates a specialized additive to enhance traction, making your surfaces safer in various conditions. With an 8 MIL application, this polyaspartic solution ensures a long-lasting, satin finish that not only withstands wear and tear but also promotes secure footing, making it an ideal choice for areas that demand both strength and slip resistance.
