Whenever we apply a topcoat to our deck system, we incorporate a polycarbonate additive to ensure slip resistance, creating a safe environment for the family. Note that our system can be completed in three days, depending on the afternoon rain forecast. For foot traffic, the full return to service is available two days after application, and for more intensive use, it takes three days. This system provides the maximum slip resistance needed for graded outdoor surfaces. If you are not satisfied with the surface friction, we can apply an additional coat for an extra fee.
