1-Day Eco-Sparse Garage Flooring System Process
STEP ONE | Surface Preparation
Remove all dirt, oil, and debris from the garage floor with a thorough cleaning, followed by mechanical grinding using specially designed diamonds to abrade the surface and eliminate coatings and other contaminants.
Throughout the surface preparation process, a HEPA dust-free vacuum system circulates the air, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. After we do our crack repair, we will do this process again to really ensure the surface is prepared for the next step.
STEP TWO | Application of NanoX Tru Alpha Polyaspartic Base Coat
We utilize a NanoX Polyaspartic base coat 10-12 MILS DFT5 in the customer's chosen color, ensuring a uniform and consistent application. This pigmented base coat establishes a robust foundation, enhancing both the vibrancy and durability of the floor.
STEP THREE | Broadcasting Medium Concentration of Color Flakes:
Broadcast the chosen color flakes into the base coat resin with a medium concentration coverage, ensuring a thick, robust surface. This step not only maximizes visual appeal but also enhances durability by providing complete flake coverage across the entire floor. Both of our Cove Base and Tru Non-Slip upgrade options are included with this system as well!
STEP FOUR | Application of Tru Alpha NanoX Clear Coat with Non-Slip Additive:
We apply a topcoat of 100% solids NanoX Polyaspartic at 10-12 MILS DFT, incorporating a reinforced polycarbonate non-slip additive to enhance safety and durability. It is essential to ensure an even application throughout to achieve a seamless, protective finish that not only appears flawless but also offers long-lasting resilience.
STEP FIVE | Curing Time, Quality Check, and Final Inspection:
Allow the floor to cure for 6 hours before item placement, 16 hours for foot traffic, and 24 hours for vehicular traffic to ensure the coating is fully set and durable. Inspect the finished floor to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, and address any necessary touch-ups for a flawless result.

Apron: The customer will be charged for 2.5 gallons of Sherwin-Williams solvent acrylic used to coat the apron.
Satin or Matte Finish Top Coat: Add a satin or matte finish for $0.75 per square foot, extending the curing process by 2 days.
Custom Chip Color: Choose a custom chip color for $0.35 per SQFT.
Expansion Joint Filling: Fill expansion joints for $8.00 per linear foot.
